Paint and Panel Process

  • When the damaged vehicle arrives, the client is assisted in filling out the necessary paperwork and is informed of the process in which their vehicle will be returned to a perfectly painted and repaired state
  • Evaluation of the vehicle is made in our workshop
  • A service vehicle is offered to the client if required
  • Parts are sourced for pricing and availability
  • Images of damage and general vehicle condition are taken
  • An estimate for the cost of repairs is made through our Auto Quote Estimating System
  • A free quote is then formatted
  • If the insurance claim has not been made we help the client fill out the required forms and pass the correct information on to the insurance company.
  • Once we have authorisation from the insurance company, work can begin. All Information is submitted through the internet to insurance companies for authorisation
  • The repair process begins once authorisation is confirmed. The vehicle is then:
    • Stripping down
    • Repairing
    • Preparing
    • Painting and Reassembling
  • Panels are repaired and painted – clear paint is added to protect the vehicle from Ultraviolet rays & durability
  • The vehicle is re - assembled once it passes our quality control check
  • The client is informed of progress or delays and kept informed of any alterations to the expected completion date
  • Grooming of the vehicle is carried out ensuring it leaves our workshop in prime condition
  • The client arrives to pick up the vehicle and is talked through the repairs if the client desires. If required the car can be delivered to the client.
  • Once the client has signed all necessary paperwork they are given a company key ring, pamphlet, calculator and any relevant insurance information
  • The insurance company is now invoiced once the repairs are completed
