Insurance Process
- Accident occurs, damage is assessed
- Obtain other drivers details and vehicle details
- Call the 0800 number of your insurance company
- Fill out a claim form nominating your repairer as Maurice L Poore Ltd
- Send original form to insurance company. Make a copy to keep for your own records
- Once the insurance company has notified panel beater of claim, the process can begin
- An excess may be payable to the panel beater if you are at fault or have no details of who has damaged the vehicle
